The way I read this, it also looks like the pistol permits are only good for 180 days. Good luck with that one.

The way I read this, it also looks like the pistol permits are only good for 180 days. Good luck with that one.

That's only a permit to PURCHASE, not to possess or carry.
NJ has had a "permit to purchase" system for decades, where you need to get (and pay a fee for) a new purchase permit every time you want to buy a gun.
This DE permit appears to allow you to buy as many guns as you want within that 180 day timeframe.
