Cape Cod College Police Dispatcher facing 10 years for buying a Glock

The whole system of infringing laws and regulations is unconstitutional. That's the bottom line. "An armed society is a polite society."

Years ago some folks on here proposed to be volunteers on some law enforcement group In Worcester just get buy a new Glock.

That’s how desperate people were to buy Glocks before getting secret connections with shady dealers many years ago.

Good thing TED put an end to that. [popcorn]

Don't know what's changed but going back a ways I only remember BU Harvard and MIT only having somewhat legit police. Even then I recall BPD ragging on the BU police.
Maybe that's just in Boston, because back in the 70s, WPI had armed campus cops.

Then again, we also had a pistol range in the basement of the gym, which handed you a pistol and a tray of .22LR ammo if you showed a school ID and gave them a few bucks. And an open pool nuclear reactor in the mechanical engineering building. Good times.
