Earlier in the year some may remember I offloaded my milsurp collection, with a goal to buy an airplane.

Well I achieved that goal in June and have been flying like crazy ever since, but that draw of the range and old guns is hard to resist. Went on a bender this past week and picked up an 1873 Trapdoor Carbine, Snider-Enfield and a Smith Carbine.. :emoji_flushed: And the stuff to start reloading these black powder rounds.

There's no cure for this addiction is there..

Well none of the three guns are here yet. Gunbroker man. It's like a casino for someone with a gambling problem. Makes it waay to easy.

However the airplane is a 1978 Grumman AA5A Cheetah, 160hp, flew it to Wisconsin (Oshkosh for those familiar) in July, and been trying to put away 6 or so hours a week as I build my hours.

I should start getting username decals and stick on the tail "funded in part by:"

Currently finding out the un-fun side of ownership as she's getting some pretty expensive maintenance work done currently. :/

Oh well the first of the last two week's impulse buys have arrived:
