Can I still use a paper FA10 for a Transfer or Registration

I am sure this has been asked before, so I apologize for the duplicate thread in advance.

Can I LEGALLY still use a paper FA10 for a Transfer or Registration, or do I HAVE to use the new E-FA-10?

If anyone is looking for any FA-10 forms I stopped by Needham PD last weekend and they had some.

They also wanted to know whether I was buying or selling, what I was buying, and how many I was buying.

I wished them a nice day and left with my forms.
