CA - Jewelry Store Employee Shoots Armed Robber

A shopkeeper shot and wounded one of two armed men who attempted to rob an Old Town jewelry store Friday morning, according to San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Victorville station officials.

Douglas Williams, 19, and James Randell, 18, of Victorville were arrested for armed robbery.

Deputy Vanessa Duardo learned the men entered Cesar’s Jewelry on Seventh and B streets at about 10 a.m. and brandished a weapon, officials said.....
