C&R returned for signature

Today I received a letter from the Dept of Justice saying they needed more info to process my app.

"Item 15 must have a responsible person sign and dat the app. This person must be listed in item 7"

Item 7 "applicant is" I checked Individual. Does that mean that it is my signature they are looking for? I have left a voice mail witht he person sending the letter.

Yes sign your name and return it , it gets a bit confusing when they try to make it easy .

The return address was from the DoJ.

ATF moved to DoJ a few years ago.

I had to update, send registered and return receipt, three times before they sent me my renewal. I never remember it being this hard...not sure what's changed...but they are Sticklers now.

I spoke to the lady who returned it to me today. She said for me to sign it and under title put "collector"

My C & R arrived today. I was just the permit. I assume I will be getting a packet of info? Also If I have made no C & R transactions, do I still need to set up a bound book that is empty?

same thing happened to me... was returned for missing initials. eeeeeeven tho i DID initial it, i guess they couldn't read it.
took about 2 weeks after receiving my c&r to get mah HUGE envelope packet in the mail.
BIG huge envelope with BATFE all over it!
i was all excited like it was Christmas again!!
