I don't know if this should be in WTB, although I don't really want to "buy" per say. But does anyone have an extra C&R form they'd be willing to ship my way if I paid shipping? I hear they sometimes take quite awhile to get, and would like to speed up the process. Much appreciated, and I apologize if this is in the incorrect forum!
