Alright Im building a p80 frame 19

Bought a psa dagger complete slide kit

Had my 19 frame ready to rock

Lost one of the stupid trigger pins included with p80s lpk

I also have a 17 frame that is complete

And i go huh that color green would look dope on the blue frame what if i 19x'd this b

Chop the frame but the recoil spring sticks out too far. Everything else looks fine

Cant rack the slide and if i push back the guide rod sticks out

Is there a new recoil spring i need to order for an xframe on p80's or am i special in the bad way

Also... how easy is it to remove the metal plate

They have them it's a thing. I'm thinking i just need a 26 guide rod length
Do yourself a favor. Align the backs of both frames and look at them from the top. Do the same with the slides (looking from the bottom).

You'll see that the mechanical bits are different lengths. This should prevent complete cycling, even without a spring.

It cycles fine i took the spring and barrel out and it slides back and forth no issue

I understand the Dagger to be "Compatible with Gen3 Glock components". Does the upper fit another frame? I would want to get another running gun to swap parts out and find the differences.

Sell it here on the classifieds for a couple grand.
Then go buy a real Glock.

For Sale: New Folbert type Glock 19 1/2, totally custom. Worth twice what I payed for it.Taran Testical super match carbon copy.
I know what I have, no low bidders! Two thousand buckaroos, green backs only. No checks.

I will follow all the laws I used to acquire said flobert and will follow these laws of the lands of the lakes.

I had also found a company that makes a mix and match 80% frame that replaced the backstrap and mag well with an extended version, so your g19 becomes a g45. I don't care enough to search for it right now...
