Brady Campaign to Ban Guns issued an annual survey of state laws and ranks Massachusetts high (meaning closest to their utopia).
They have a completely arbitrary points system and, iirc, MA got 51 pts (of 100). It's all silly, and I had a hard time focussing because it was so annoying. One can "mouse-over" a map and see different states' scores. I sure wish we had a "2", like one I saw.
What stood out for me, is that MA got points for "Lost or Stollen" gun laws. Did that actually pass on Beacon Hill?
