This is a question only answerable by you. It's all personal preference.

People usually carry at 3-4 o'clock though. YMMV.

You should just try it at all positions... compare comfort levels... compare concealability (printing).

Just behind the hip bone strong side. As for the Hawaiian shirt, I can conceal my Browning HP with a tee shirt and that holster so no need to be a walking flower pot One addition, my Summer Comfort was made by El Paso Saddelry not Galco but they are similar.

Get a holster with the loops or clips spaced FAR apart from the gun and made with smooth side out leather and get ready to enjoy comfort you never thought possible.
