What’s going on here?
Some screen grabs of my Wyze V3 wifi cams the one in the shop is a good 350 feet away from the router that’s in the basement of the house

I'll try and make it short.
Neighbors told my mother (84) they owned about 10-15 ft of side yard.
Neighbors told my mother planting against fence was fine.
Neighbor who is Bat-Sh.. crazy decided she no longer liked my mother.
Neighbor said they will move fence. (They wanted to put an addition on the house but don't have the setback)
Mother says fine get survey.
Survey is done and Neighbor says get off property! Gives 1 week.
We say GFY and do it over the next month send letter to stay off lawn. Move garden move shed over a sliver of land that goes from 0 at the front to maybe 6ft 100 ft away at back of property.
We now meet all setbacks etc.
Neighbor erected snow fence to antagonize my mother and starts throwing trash etc over fence.
Week before Xmas my brother and I put up a stocade fence on property.
Next I figure out the husband/ boyfriends last name has been changed. He is a felon (narcotics then later illegal gambling) scumbags going to scumbag.
I have now drafted a list of his infractions for the building inspector which include:
1. No permits pulled for building repairs.
2. Too many vehicles unregistered
3. 40 ft 2 car trailer on premises.
4. Improper setbacks
5. Lack of curb cut.
6. Improper 2nd driveway.
And more.
Haven't seen the husband since the new year so he may be out of the picture.
Dropping off list of infraction this week.
Also may notify the FD, if the building inspector slacks, as all the cars construction equipment, trailers etc would make it difficult for the FD to access all sides of the property safely.
Cameras went up to record the interactions along the side yard etc. Doesn't hurt that we can also keep some track of my mother as well. Eventually we will move the cameras to get all sides of the house. Now there are 3 on the side yard and 1 in the front.
