Great picture. Where did you find this?

I ordered an out of print book The Marine From Manatee: A Tradition of Rifle Marksmanship and it had a copy of this picture in it. I did some Google searches looking for more information on the Winthrop rifle range that is talked about in the book and I found an F.D.R. page with a whole bunch of old photographs.
