maybe that will be a Ma. compliant model! I see a LCI (ma**h***) in the top of the barrel!
didn't Springfield armory say some to the effect of "f*ck Massachusetts" in the past?

I think I read on Four Seasons website that they were getting the feeling SA might make a few models MA compliant.
Yep. Don't expect to see it in MA.
I've got their mil-spec manufactured in 2010 and it has a one piece barrel.
We got three in last week and they are mass compliant. The Government model sold out as soon as we put them out!

Excellent news! Some years back I got a Springfield that had a two-piece barrel, and it was very inaccurate until I had the barrel replaced with an aftermarket barrel.
Ah, OK, thanks for the info. The seam on the barrel hood is the telltale.I was cleaning the Mil-Spec a couple days ago and found the "seam". I looked closely when I first got it and didn't see one but it is in fact 2 piece. I apologize for the disinformation.
Flotter had one for sale a little while ago. i believe it was around $800ishSo what is the affordable price for this firearm?
nice! wish i didn't live in MA
Why do you say that? Can we not buy this gun?
Thanks, that is the most recent roster. Yes, the SA 1911 is not on there. In fact, no Springfield handgun is on it and that is very unlikely to change.latest update that I am aware, but still no SA 1911
