Well if you count all the gangbangers I guess so.
11,624 homicides by means of firearms in 2004 works out to roughly 31.76 per day. While there are a lot of good guys in there, a lot of them tend to fall under the umbrella of "urban renewal", i.e., no harm, no foul.
