Currently FN Manufacturing, a major supplier of small arms to the US Military, has an immediate need for:



Design Engineers (Rifle and Pistol)

* Ability to design and implement mechanisms.
* Understanding of near net shape processes and implementation into weapon design.
* Solid understanding and application of GD&T, ASME Y14.5 standards.
* Pro-E proficiency required. Wildfire and PDM Link experience a plus
* Work in a teaming environment.
* Accustomed to supplier and customer interfacing.
* Understanding of production/product configuration managment regiments
* Knowledge of weapon design and usage a plus
* Some travel possible



BSME degree and 5 years experience minimum

AAHHHHH...


Now I realy wish my school would teach Pro-E, though I'm short on the experience too. They still believe places will teach you when your hired, needless to say you would be much more useful if you already knew it.
