Any driveway / blacktop / gravel / aggregate stone people here?

This is actually a commercial lot, but don't let that skeer ya.
I don't have the $$$ to repave properly now, so I'm looking for a short term solution to fill potholes, one that would be best suited for winter plowing so that the plow won't tear it right up.

What is the best plow-proof filler?
I think there is something called hardpack, is that what I want?

Not sure why, does not involve pitbulls, bicyclists, or Glocks.

It involves doing less than a tier 1 job. NES only recommends doing the best, most expensive option every time.

I'm in a derail mood so I'll stop now.

Not much can be put in there that the plows won't tear up, except asphalt or concrete......
Best bet, leave it till the spring then do it. Warn the plow guys though....

Cold patch will never stick well unless the holes are cut Back with a good edge. Any type of processed or ground asphalt will just get knocked out with the snow.
Unless it’s real bad just leave it until spring.
