Any aftermarket sights for a savage Mark II?

Hey.
I just got myself a Savage mk II GL left handed bolt action .22 I like the gun just not the iron sights. I would like to possibly upgrade these to perhaps something like a peep sight set up with the circle as the rear sight. At the very least i would like to upgrade the front sight. Any ideas?
