Well, mine is probably one of them because I received this card. I though I was receiving a gift from the NRA for getting the lifetime. lol
Here is what the cover looks like.

Haha yeah, the ton I received said it was a gift from the actual receiver by mistake, so I thought 200 people had paid to upgrade me to Endowment level or something and started panicking until I called the NRA membership hotline to check

It looks like that discount still works but it is not as deep. Change the web address from 2013 to 2014, like this - https://www.nra-2014.org/, and then follow the instructions on his website from there. The new discount is 50% so you can get a lifetime membership for $500.

Just called them and they told me the deal for $300 is over. But they would do a one time fee of $500 for lifetime membership. She told me they might do the $300 again in April.

there's nothing to renew...that's why they call it a Life Membership.
