17-year-old arrested in killing of 2 people in Kenosha

I will certainly acknowledge that Ghiz is not a runway model, but she's ok. Certainly prettier than the person you picked for your meme picture!

The only way this evil bitch could be pretty is if she was skinned alive, rolled in salt and rinsed in rubbing alcohol. Repeat For each victim.

Well Folks,
Based on some of the videos that were out yesterday about the "protesters", they are no longer hiding that they are communists and want a communist revolution. Yet the members of the so called democrat party are saying nothing about the protesters and in fact many are supporting them.

Wow, Back tracking in a hurry and being quite accurate. Now the other media outlets and scribes that are still spouting the false narrative are well aware of what the truth is and refuse to either shut up or report the true series of events, now know the truth and what they are doing continuing the false narrative, which is the true meaning of being Malicious. So they could very well be subject to a law suit as the "Malice" is very obvious.

The other thing is that you just know both of them have A LOT of experience.

Especially Maxwell. You know she's done some pretty filthy stuff before.
Kamalatoe has a lot of experience too! She slept her way to being the freaking President of Vice of the United States!

But all that information, with the exception of the hd video, has been available since three days after the shooting.

They are trying to put the sausage back in the casing. f*** them.

Is he a (former?) poster here?

Yes. Andrew was a member here when he lived in the area. He has been a guest instructor at SIG and shot in local competitions. He was a member of NES during the Zimmerman trial 9 years ago. That is when many members here got to know who he was, read his daily posts and purchase his book. His daily posting was one of the first when he did it for Legal Insurrection.

BTW Andrew even jokingly recommends his latest version which is less legalese and easier to read.

Le·gal In·sur·rec·tion This is where he posts during high profile trials. Normally not available without subscription. High profile trials are often opened up.

Law of Self Defense His Business. Speaking, consulting, teaching and author and more.

Interesting, caught a bit of him recently on the Rekieta streams...

The interesting statement about the police being out of the picture. Is really where the indoctrinated need to look to the U.S, Constitution and the various states Constitution. The only place that many states refer to a patrolling Law Enforcement is the County Sheriff. Then one has to look at the origins of the word in itself "Shire Reeve". Look it up folks it will make you pause in thought, as to who are actually expected to police our communities.

The laws, as written are sufficient. We don't need more new ones. I don't understand the urge to create new ones. Self defense laws work. Punishments to the court and prosecutors are stupid, plus, guess who would have to pay the fines? Taxpayers, Dummy.

Did you read the article and comments? It doesn't appear so. There would be stipulations that the Union, City/Town/ County could not reimburse nor pay the fees for the prosecuting attorneys. Basically the exact opposite of 'qualified immunity'.

It will never pass.

Yes, personal liability, not incurred by the State.

I agree it will never pass, but it would be nice.

"… the ACLU complained that Rittenhouse was not held accountable for his "conscious decision to travel across state lines and injure one person and take the lives of two people protesting the shooting of Jacob Blake by police."

Suspicion of a white man being "not from around here" is justification to disable his civil rights and confirm his guilt, says ACLU? There’s this new concept that protesters against racial inequities can bus in from all over the country, but counter-protesters must be "local" or stay away. Convenient rule…

I wonder if the ACLU now also believes that women who wear short skirts are asking to be raped

Are you daft? Do you know where public employees get money from? Ostensibly, that money could be used to purchase insurance? And premiums would be included as salary?

Anyway you slice it, we pay for it.

No need for new laws.
