Then prosecute anyone that stands up to stop it all.
With them labeled as a vigilante by the politicians allowing it all and the news media.

Try anything these "peaceful protesters" are doing to a politician's house or a military installation or even the white house and see what happens.

Why should defending your or someone else's property or life be any different?

Kenosha County District Attorney Michael Graveley is not just a left-wing radical, he's a Berkeley CA brainwashed head case. He also created a "special" office within the DA for the purpose of prosecuting "gun crimes" and it's that group pushing these charges. And the felon attacker, with the handgun in his damaged hand, has so far been given a free pass while he is stating he "regrets he didn't kill the kid"

And if Kyle Rittenhouse was a black teen, there would be no charges filed and the media would be falling over themselves 24/7 trying to point out that it was a self defense shooting.....with him being in fear for his life from evil "white supremacists ".

I also hate to say it, but as per the description in the criminal complaint, it indeed does appear the guy with the skateboard was reaching for his rifle, which caused the board to brush him in the back. I had to re watch the video several times to confirm that.

Not saying he didn't fear for his life, but possibly will be found guilty of using "excessive force" of some type, which may cause the other charges to begin to pile up.

And to note: I am strictly attempting to view the evidence here. What went down was madness, and these rioters are scum...just commenting on the potential repercussions for the defendant.

It could have been a cup cake, he was clearly trying to tackle the kid. After he throws the cup cake he continues full speed at Kyle. Shooting is justified.

so that guy shot in the arm....sounds like there need to be federal brigandage charges against him. The local AG is in on the scheme, needs to be removed from the case.

Two men killed at a protest for Jacob Blake were a father and a skater who tried to disarm the shooter. A third injured man was a volunteer medic.

Anthony Huber was armed with nothing but his skateboard when he spotted an armed person among a crowded street in Kenosha, Wisconsin, but he still ran toward the danger, his girlfriend says.
"He pushed me out of the way, like he was telling me to run off, and I tried to grab him," Hannah Gittings told CNN. "I should have been there, but there was going to be no changing his mind."
Huber and his girlfriend were in Kenosha late Tuesday night amid widespread protests following the police shooting of Jacob Blake. Tuesday marked the third night of demonstrations in the city. Just before midnight, officers responded to shots fired. Kenosha police later announced two people had been fatally shot and a third injured. Among the victims was 26-year-old Huber.

Police have named 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse as a suspect in the shooting and he now faces homicide charges as well as a felony charge for attempted homicide. A criminal complaint identified the other victim as Joseph D. Rosenbaum and a third person, Gaige P. Grosskreutz, who was shot in the arm.
Gittings says Huber launched at the armed individual to protect her and the people nearby.
"He did a ... heroic thing."

According to a criminal complaint, Huber reached for the suspect's gun with his hand while holding the skateboard in the other. As Huber tried to grab the gun, the suspect pointed it at his body and fired one round, the complaint says. Huber was seen staggering away and then fell to the ground. He died from his gunshot wound, according to the complaint.
Gittings says Huber was "completely indescribable" and stood by his beliefs and convictions.

"He did not deserve to die," Gittings said. "This kid just snatched any chance for him to have been able to live the life that he deserved to live."
