not sure I would believe everything TMZ says
The ATF functionally does the same thing all the time when a "bad" FFL gives up their license and then sells it's inventory to a new license holder. The new holder is basically given a clean slate to work with, with the expectation that the books will be kept clean from there on out.

ATF makes deals with people all the time. They usually include you giving up XYZ in exchange for not going to PMITA prison.
bleh. tried watching the show the other night....stephanie read the disclaimer about not trying this at home and tried to appear hot while doing it....she's about as attractive as a bag of ears.
