Would this be legal in Ma?
http://www.m-aparts.com/productsDetail.asp?id=1242

It is a non threaded barrel with a press on mock flash suppressor. It's not pinned and welded but it's not a threaded barrel so I don't see what the problem would be. The mock flash suppressor is actually slipped over the barrel by the looks of the picture. Anybody have an idea?

Should be fine. The barrel isn't threaded and that muzzle device isn't a flash suppressor so you're good.

"MOCK" being the operative term, the item is NON-functional and, therefore, should not run afoul of the MA ban on that dread feature.

WHY anyone would want it is a different issue, but one of taste; not of law.
