Winchester Wildcat .22 lr bolt action

I am very interested in this gun. Apparently it is not for sale yet. I read some detailed speculation about it on rimfirecentral forums. They said it is basically a Russian model called TOZ78. Anyway
it is supposed to be in the $200 range, and I have a desire for a .22 bolt action repeating rifle, so I'm thinking this might be something to get this summer. Otherwise, the Ruger 77/22 is what I was looking at, nice because it takes the same magazines as my 10/22.
