why cant I reply to threads?

When I click reply with quote it says I'm not permitted or w.e..... Am I missing something?

For sale threads are locked, limited to OP bumps and edits only.

What he said... if you need to talk to a buyer/seller, PM or email them using the link in their profile. We had to stop people from bumping up others classifieds because the price whining and bullshit got out of hand and some people couldn't behave.
