Unable to respond to threads

Hello, not sure if this is in the correct place but I am finding I can't reply on some threads... It says I don't have the credentials to respond.. Please advise. thank you.

Some topics are configured to not allow responses. A WTS (want to sell) ad won't allow a reply. Or if a thread is closed.

There may be other conditions too. I don't think it is you.

If it's a WTS ad generally you should PM the poster.
