Only other forum I go on a lot is Survivor's SKS boards.

Whatever it was, it forced the move of hosting and dns servers for the domain name and site. Before the outage, NES was IP 66.98.220.62 hosted at ev1servers with DNS at xwarzone.com. When NES was down, xwarzone.com was offline as well. Now we're at 69.25.207.8 hosted at ServerCity (InterNAP) and DNS is at worldnic.com.

At a minimum, it looks like the site was moved in a hurry.
