Whats going on with Crimson Trace???

Called for support and there's a recording saying due to COVID they are only doing email communication. I have emailed them 6 times over the past 2 months without a reply. I own several of their grips and their customer service had always been great. I'm really disappointed in them right now. A call back or a simple email reply. COVID is a lame excuse!
 
I bought a laser with lifetime battery replacement. went online and ordered it, got an email approval a few days later. I completely forgot about it when the battery arrived about 3 months later.
 
They were really good about sending batteries. Their customer service had always been really good. 6 emails now and no response. Nope not in the spam box either.
Found out the issue was. Pretty stupid but it was the batteries. Wouldn't expect that from a brand new product. Anyway cheap, easy fix. A little customer support would have been nice.
