Videos for the Anti's

anti's will say that is why all firearms should be banned cuz they all are deadly.

I have some friends who I'm pretty certain I can convert with the right material. So I'm putting together a list of videos to teach them about fact VS myth of firearms. Here are a couple that I have found. Does any body have any others they could add?

For those who like to say stupid things like taking guns away from law abiding US citizens when they need them most could ever happen, the Katrina experience:

For those who want to see what happens to others who don't fight for their rights to self defense, the UK and Australian experience:

Ad follow up to the UK and Ausi experience:

For those who like to tell some 120lb woman - who has to face some 200lb rapist/stalker - to "just call the police, you don't need a gun", tell that to this woman:

And for Humor, Penn and Teller on gun control:

I can't view any of those here at work, but there was one that came out last year from a 12 year old Canadian girl, IIRC, talking about registration. If anyone can find that one, it would be an excellent one for your anti friend to view.

Snapshot,

You are trying to do a good thing. However don't be surprised if your friend gets upset at you for trying to do this. Imagine how you would feel if he went out and got videos showing you how evil firearms are and those that use them...

"Don't try to convert me and I won't try to convert you" is probably a good attitude to adopt.

I understand your concern but it's not like that. We've gone back and forth and they're willing to listen. It all started with a "What are you doing this weekend?" and me responding with "Going to the range." It just went from there. Nobody is pushing. Just making our arguments.

Like I said, we're friends. We play nice :)
