Unconstitutional: MA Law Prohibiting 'Secret' Recording of Police

Just pondering for a moment about the arbitrarily dangerous nature of many of our laws. To think that something as innocent as recording someone on a cell phone warrants Felony charges, and thus life ruining status is beyond me....

Here's a law: "If you don't know that you're committing a Felony (theft, murder, assault), then.....it's NOT A FREAKING FELONY.
