This is one of those cases where you might have been better off with the judge instead of a jury. I have no faith in the intelligence of my fellow citizens to actually be able to wade through the evidence, draw a conclusion and make the right decision.

The problem with being judged by a judge you can get one like the one that signed the Trump wire tap warrant, the Trump search warrant or the many judges that refused to hear the 2020 election cases.

Federal criminal trials are usually of two varieties.

1. The case is so strong, it would take a lot to NOT get a conviction.
2. The case is so bad they (prosecution and judge) have to lie, cheat, mislead, withhold, and otherwise rig the trial. Kangaroo court.

There are reasons why federal criminal trials aren't recorded. And one of which is to prevent their corruption from being exposed.
