Does anyone know if the new Thompson Center Bone Collector is legal in Massachusetts?

It's a muzzleloader... there's no reason it shouldn't be legal.

It is legal, you cannot hunt with it during the muzzle loader season though, you can hunt with it during the shot gun season.

What makes a muzzleloader thats illegal in for Hunting in mass for muzzleloader season suddenly become legal in Shotgun season. I was under the impression that break open muzzleloaders where a no no period for hunting.

Actually i went back and looked at the abstracts and you are correct you can use a hinged muzzleloader during must be something new
