I haven't been able to find anything that's made to fit a 1911 with the integral rail. Just wanted to see if anyone else here has seen such a thing.

I have: I had Milt Sparks make one for mine.

I think a custom holster is pretty much the only option for railed 1911's at this point, although that may stop being the case as they become more common.

I'll 2nd the Milt Sparks notion. Awesome holsters.

I also used a Comp Tac c-tac that was made for the railed kimber. It fit fine.
