like the title says im looking for a good carry conceal holster. From what ive found i like the ones with the button's that clip onto your belt because theoretically you could wear it on the outside in the winter as well. my problem is i like a thumb break and can't find any even from S&W with one that is an in the pant holster (gun would show if i didn't wear an in pant holster.) Does anyone who has one of these or even a gun of equivalent size know what kind or where i can get a holster like im describing?

I carry my M&P 45 with an ELITE IWB holster, but it has no retention strap. It is nice in that it is reverseable and fits snugly against your side by using the tension of the pant's waist-hem line. Doesn't bother me, but you'd have to try it to see if you like it. I have carried it in summer with no imprint on a pair of shorts and an oversized t-shirt.

Only other company I can think of off the top of the head that might satisfy your request is Uncle-Mike's IWB thingys, with retention strap.

I have an M&P45 size and and "Uncle Mike's IWB thingy", which I never carry enough because I was never really comfortable with the fitment of the Uncle Mike's holster, FWIW.

Not a fan of the Unchle Mikes IWB holsters. The nylon ones with the plastic clip. I find that it moves around too much and the butt of the gun sticks out.

I just got a FIST #20 IWB holster and it is great. Holds the gun nice and tight and it does not move. Spend the $$ on a quality leather holster.

Some of the best advise you could ever get. I have a Milt Sparks SSII for full size 1911s. I wish I had just bought one of them to begin with instead of screwing around with the less expensive holsters trying to find the perfect fit.

Milt Sparks Summer Special II holsters are superb and well worth the money.

The best I've found so far are the Milt Sparks Versa Max 2 however. I have one on order for the M&P 45 FS and expect it in October-November . . . well worth waiting for.
