Seeing as I already have a Rem870 Police 12g that I can bring from home (NH) into MA, I picked up a nice Saiga-12 at MFL. I've got a folding stock/pistol grip kit, some compliance parts and 8rd mags on the way.

I'll post pics when converted. Y'all come up and shoot it sometime!

Sorry I am a little confused here. Is a Benelli M4 (with pistol grip) is legal since it can only hold 4 rounds? Would the 5th in the chamber count to the total?

I wonder since a couple of shops sell them in MA and I have seen quite a few people claim to own them. How could a shop sell one in Mass to a Mass resident? Are they made Mass compliant in some way? I haven't been to one of the stores to see one yet.
