Not the FFL, the state dealer license. The 07 FFL exempts you from the state’s ban on silencers and large capacity magazines (M.G.L. c. 269 § 10A & 10(m)). A state dealers license exempts you from the assault weapon ban (M.G.L. c. 140 § 131M).

No. The AWB exemption is triggered by the MA license to sell firearms.

A 07FFL does exempt one from the MA silencer ban and does not require the state dealer's license.
