As much as I like what he says .......well Im not holding my breath if the "sheriffs" department wont follow orders Im sure a new state backed Duly Athorized agency will be created.
i dont have much faith in LE organization s as a whole to up hold the U.S. / State Constitutions?
Just as i dont have a lot of faith in the 325 sitting on the hill to adhere to it either. Lets not get into the judges.

Anyone who has sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution should be a member of Oathkeepers. They will only support the Constitution and not follow "orders" to their contrary, period. Typically retired LEO and Military join. If you are not a LEO nor a soldier, you can still become an Oathkeeper by agreeing to their precepts which I most certainly do. I've always wondered what kind of compliance the Guard and local PDs would produce if orders contrary to the Constitution would be followed. Those would be some dark days. When you read or hear about LEOs who publically announce they will not comply with illegal laws it's a good thing to be sure.

Exactly. The areas around DC and Baltimore are 99.9% commie, but when you move out from there you get more normal people. There are some areas which are red, just like there are actually some parts of MA that are red, even if they're gerrymandered so badly that they don't matter.
