Thank you for the offer but I fear these days I am too old, tired, and fat to do all those fun things I used to do. Also have two little one's at home who already ask too many uncomfortable questions about daddy's job (firefighter),dont want to add anymore about drills or deployments.

I remember the Valdez from 81-83 when I was stationed in Newport. I was on the Vogelgesang DD-862 and the Manley DD-940.
