S&W I-bolt .270

Tonight i ordered one. i went with the S&W pretty much to take advantage of the $99 pistol offer. All my uncles talk about how the .270 is while target shooting or hunting so I've wanted one for a long time. I'm just curious if any one has had any experience with a S&W I-bolt. My dealer had a 30.06 on the shelf, i handled it and liked the sound of the action. The only thing i didn't like about it was that it does not have open sights on it but with a .270's range open sights i guess are a bit useless.

I would just like peoples opinions with the I-bolt.
I'll post pics when i take delivery of the rifle

All fairness i did not shoot it, I have just handled it. It pulls up real nice(but there are no sights) and feels comfortable in both hands. Weight seems to be transfered ok but when i handled it, it wasn't loaded. Where the magazine is located, I'm not sure how much difference it would make.
