Long story short, Denis Voronenkov, was an "mp" in Russian Federation Duma (parliament) After some sqable and instead of just taking his lumps and STFU, he started to draw publicity by speaking up on corruption and was promptly slapped with some random criminal charges, which isn't hard or unwarranted being part of the mafia. He runs to Ukraine, asks for asylum and starts bitching even more, spilling beans right and left about Vlad and friends. That was so heinous that he didn't even deserve a cup of polonium or a "heart attack". Kiev, Ukraine ... you can ran from Vlad ... but you'll still die tired.

He walks out with his body guard. An assasin armed with .... wait or it .... Tokarev, TT pistol shoots him dead. In ensued firefight he and the bodyguard survive but end up in the hospital. The target is dead.

TT - oldie but goodie. [laugh] ... also, don't **** with Vlad or rat your peeps out.

Hmm, Little Puty strikes again. All of a sudden the Dems hate Putin but when Barry was in power they didn't want to confront Putin and his cronies.

It appears, in the video, that bodyguard did not have one in the pipe (big mistake) and also did not do his job protecting. We were always instructed that in "city situations" bodyguard has to walk few steps back and cover the side close to a street because that is where attacks usually come from. He was walking close to buildings on the same level with Denis Voronenkov.

If you carry you need to have one in the pipe. This is a good example.

If he was my bodyguard I'd want my money back...

lol, he was more like an escort than a body guard. The killer shot him while he charged, then boom boom to finish the guy.

The amazing part that bodyguard managed to kill the assassin. He was rushed to the hospital and was dead after 10 heart stops.

The assassin was a Ukrainian national, born in Crimea, never left Ukraine except once on foot to Belarus. Then he served 1 year in Ukrainian national guard. Born in 1988. Yeah.

Pavel Parsov, the assassin, was in the Ukrainian National Guard from 2014 to 2016. Ukrainian National Guard belongs under Ministry of Interior. From 2011 Ukrainian police was looking for Pavel Parsov because he committed some crimes. You would think this can happen only in Ukraine.

Was the bodyguard carrying the guy's bag for him?

In the video you can almost see the bodyguard realize he has a shot at the guy when he's sitting there. The assassin seems like a hack. He barely paid any attention at all to the fact that the bodyguard was there.

I am guessing. They parked the car and started walking to the meeting. Assassin follows them on the right. Bodyguard registers assassin only when Voronenkov turns back on the assassin. At that point assassin shoots him and the bodyguard. It appears that bodyguard is pulling the weapon from the bag he was holding. On other videos you can see bodyguard on the ground and there appears to be no holster on him. Assassin was shot by already injured bodyguard and was on the ground not moving.

Based on what Boris shared with us this bodyguard probably did not have a proper training and neglected to take the right position from the beginning, but once engaged he did his best and did not run away. He killed the assassin. In the city one bodyguard is never enough. This engagement required minimum 3, one in the back, one in the front, and one going ahead of the group to scout the point of arrival.

No if he was your body guard you'd be dead too. Your wife would want your money back or pay him extra depending on how much your worth and how much she likes you
