Refrigeration tech needed Shelburne, MA area

I'm having a very bad experience with a company that I think is screwing me. I have a chiller unit for a fish tank that was custom built. This company replaced the compressor and Johnson 419A controller. Now there's an R134a coolant leak. They tell me I need a new condenser coil (model AEA 4340). Which, I think he should have known when he supposedly bench tested the unit at his shop. In short, this guy is incompetent, and he never returns calls. It took two weeks and calling from different numbers to get my chiller back. I think I want someone else to repair it. Can anyone help?
