Red dots for hunting

Hi all, i see nh fish and game regulation prohibits “smart rifles” which includes electronics that “assist in the accuracy regarding the placement and timing of the shot”.

Does this mean no hunting with a red dot or illuminated scope?

They're talking about the rifles that you hold the trigger and they fire when the electronics says they're aligned with the target.
