Reading Tuesday practice at 600 yards

I remember reading that Reading Rifle has an open Tuesday morning practice where people can use their 600 yard range.
I have a few questions, and wonder if anybody can answer them:
Is this still in effect, and open to anybody that shows up? How does it work regarding target pullers? Anything else one would need to know to make this a worthwhile experience/practice?
