Quincy Licensing

You sure about that?

If you are arrested on a suspended license you end up being arraigned in court. This makes you appear in court as a defendant.

Operating on a suspended license (yes I know there have been recent changes) is a criminal offense.

What should your answer have been?

Here is the same situation, but without the arrest.

Get pulled over with a suspended license which is potentially a Criminal Complaint, but not arrested (just have ur frd drive). Appear in court to see if a criminal complaint issued, magistrate says no criminal complaint issued.

You were not a Defendant but rather a Respondant.

Answer no on question #10.

Sound advice....I do have a close friend on the BPD who is going to be helping me out with that. I never realized the extent of the prejudices legal owners have working against them until I started reading this forum. People with no grasp of government or history for that matter don't realize how brilliant the 2nd really is.

Regardless of what happens I'm definately more inspired than ever to get involved.
