not right now, no. ATF killed eforms entirely awhile back and i believe dealer to dealer (3) and form 1s are good to go in eforms while form 4s still are not.

Yup... Fill out the form, send in your $200 and you can build your own can once you get the stamp back. Just be sure you know how long it's going to be and such before filling out the form. I believe you can go under the length you list, but not over (pretty stupid IMO, but that's the ATF for ya).
