Question on Hi cap mags

I think I know the answer to this but can't specifically find the answer.
I just bought a Sigma 9mm with a ten round magazine. I want to buy a 16 round mag off gunbroker but want to make sure i am legal. If you can point me to the appropriate legal reference I would appreciate it.

If it is pre-9/13/94 mfd it is OK, otherwise a felony in MA (except for LE).

The pre-ban mags are available and sell for ~$35 each.
