I think what he's asking if a ticket that is not sold is the winning ticket, what happens?
Example if ticket number 986 isn't sold and the Lottery number is 986, what do they do?

I would guess we would recycle it into the next raffle we do. We love giving out prizes but we also love raising money. Our committee donates 100% of the proceeds and we are all volunteers
