We pay FFL fees and shipping for out-of-town winners

Not exactly.
I finally picked up my raffle prize today, since I live in NH, it had to be shipped to my local FFL, but I had to pay the transfer fee, this was NOT covered by the sending FFL.

Not really a big deal, in fact, I got more than I expected.
The rifle came with a 3x9 Bushnell scope attached, which I didn't expect at all.
I knew it came without sights so I was planning on getting a scope for it anyway, but I guess I won't have to now.

It's a Savage Axis .308 with detachable box magazine.
I'm really surprised at how lightweight this is.
I already have a mid 60's vintage Remington 600 in .308 (18" bbl) which is pretty light, but this weighs even less!
