Several juveniles were reportedly injured in the shooting​

A mass shooting in the Kingsessing section of Southwest Philadelphia Monday evening left at least four people dead and another four injured, according to local reports.

A suspect is in custody, per Fox 29 Philadelphia.

Several juveniles were among those injured by gunfire, but their conditions were not immediately known.

Gotta be more to this story - gearing up to shoot a few people on the street seems odd. One more guy found dead later appears to have gone home and bled out. I'm guessing a vendetta with a bit too much drama and collateral victims.

Then the shooter gives up to PD with no shots fired. Hmmm...
 
Low on details. OP, it says ‘ballistic vest’ which to me means Kevlar, not plates. But again, low on detail.

The articles are definitely unclear. One claims "bulletproof," but there's no explanation why they think this would be true. Could be a PC, or an LBV. Could just be poetic license.

Im no detective, but id wadger to guess the 5th vicim, the one found in the livingroom, was the first, personally motivated.

So this guy is anti-white, pro 2A, anti-Biden, pro-Tucker Carlson, thinks demons are following him, doesn’t know whether to sit or stand to take a piss, and is anti-violence, so he goes off and kills people. Makes perfect sense in todays world.
 
But he was carrying a firearm illegally in the City of First Class!!! What... the laws should have stopped him! PA State permit no good in Philadelphia.

I find it absolutely pathetic that NYC and Philadelphia are the only 2 Cities besides DC (which well that different) that does not recognize their home state permits.
