PA-One State Throws Founding Fathers' Worries To The Wayside With This Gun Control Proposal

A lot of post-Election Identity Bills being filed. Bills that don’t have a rats-ass chance in hell of being brought up in committee let alone to a general assembly vote. But those that sponsor/co-sponsor are getting their names on the Bills so Bloomberg know where to send his money for gun control proponents. Many Democrats are scared sh*tless that 2022 mid-terms will see them ousted.

A similar situation in TX to invoke a “duty to retreat” as a “stand your ground” opposition. How does Chuck Norris, Texas Ranger, deal with armed home evaders? By ducking out the back door and running away - NOT.

Philly gets a bad rap but we have a large percentage of gun ownership and a lot of carry permits issued. No doubt a lot of the bullshit bills originate from here tho. This doesn’t stand a chance with our constitution in PA and I prefer these stupid ass bills over the “common sense” bills like red flag.
The only reason that Philly and Pittsburgh are not as bad as here is the State preempt law... that they have both unsuccessfully challenged in court multiple times.

We were just here, a couple of miles from my house:

Talking about a bunch of stuff, including "stupid gun laws". Owner's wife behind the counter oc'ing a Springfield xD, husband oc'ing an M&P. Talking about MA lawrs and she replied "That's stupid, haven't they heard about The Constitution? Hell, they could pass that crap down here, don't mean anybody'd obey it though..."

Compliance down here would be 0.0001%

Just an aside... Are the going to tear down Constitution Hall now? Y'know, the place where they signed the Bil of Rights....
