I somewhat recently became familiar with the Free State Project's Online shooting match called the Free State Match. I participated in the last match and it was alot of fun. I got some info from their site (one of my favorite), so I'm posting it below for all who are interested.

"Free State Match!

Check out the Free State Project online shooting match.
Lead the way with your aiming prowess. Shoot the match at your local range then send your targets in and may the best man or woman win (prizes, fame, fortune, etc.) A different course of fire with multiple categories every time will keep things interesting.

So whether you think you're The Waco Kid, Joe Kidd, or Billy The Kid, join us for the Free State Match, it'll be fun, (no kiddin').

One more thing...

The FSP text about the Match is vague about whether you are to use iron sights or optical sights. Well, I emailed and asked the guy who is putting it on, and he said it was optional.

The greatest distance of the match is 100ft (33yds), so I don't know if optics will be that much of an advantage, so I'll probably go with iron sights.
